Hi, I'm Courtney.
I'm a Realtor® with the Clorice Vines Group at McDowell Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio with a focus on Ashtabula County and the surrounding communities.

That's why I've built my business around education, communication, and preparation—not pressure.

Ever since I could remember, I have always felt very profoundly about what a priviledge it is to cultivate a home of your own. My passion has guided me to help others with curating their vision of home. My primary focus is to educate those I am helping in order to set them up for a stress free transition into a new season of your life. When I'm not helping clients navigate the market, you'll often find me volunteering with the Ashtabula County Historical Society, where I serve as Secretary and Chair of the Century Home Committee. My passion for local history gives me a unique appreciation for the homes and communities that make Northeast Ohio such a special place to live.
